A year ago I would say that I Prevail and PTV are not going to sell half of the Aragon but after seeing how crazy the shows have gotten the past few months I have a feeling they will sell it out.

A venue in Fort Wayne, Indiana announced a Motion City Soundtrack Commit This to Memory show September 9th.

PTV are still fairly big too. I can see most dates selling out

Yeah, between I Prevail doing really well on rock radio & this is Pierce The Veil's hiatus reunion so I think it will do great.

I saw them again last night for like the 25th time over the last 20 or so years, and they were amazing as usual, but the crowds have noticeably been getting smaller and smaller and less enthusiastic every time I see them. Obviously there is a demand for IOS, I really don't see why they don't do a full tour on that record (and maybe/hopefully they will after FF and these Anaheim shows)

Something tells me they’ll only do limited/exclusive shows for that album, and then next year we’ll get an Artist In The Ambulance tour. At least that’s what I’m hoping for

Yeah would be shocked if we don't get an AITA tour

yeah, that makes more sense in the scheme of things. I just really wanna see IOS lol (but I'll be happy with Artist too)

Manchester Orchestra date popped up with Petey and Creeks opening September 30th in Ventura, CA. Venue’s website says it’s a free show

TBH, I kinda feel for Thrice here. They've been avoiding the whole "nostalgia" game... But the reality is that a very large portion of their fanbase primarily wants to hear songs from the first 1/3 or so of their career.

Doing a short run of IOS shows and a full AITA tour next year... And then working a few more of those songs into their sets each night moving forward would probably do them a ton of good. I understand the need to drive forward and focus on the new stuff, but that's not what the bulk of their fans wants I don't think.

Thrice is interesting. Definetly there is nostalgia for albums like IOS and AITA, but some of their biggest songs are from their 2016 album like Black Honey and Hurricane, and they have a big reaction from the crowds, probs even bigger than with Artist In The Ambulance songs.

Im also surprised they did a Vheissu anniversary tour before IOS or AITA, and I feel they will do a tour for To Be Everywhere at some point too

Yeah wasn’t Black Honey a pretty big song on a lot of modern rock stations? I swear there was a point where Black Honey had more Spotify streams than any AITA songs

    Things have changed.

They're in a tough place. They're hyper-focused on not being a nostalgia act, but that's where most of the demand is. They also had some success with the butt/modern rock crowd with "Black Honey" but don't really want to lean into that either. So they're just ... existing.

    Currently their top 3 is
    -Black Honey
    -Artist in the Ambulance
    -Hurricane

Yeah, but the band’s still continuing apparently. He got replaced with the singer of a Weezer cover band

Was hoping the IP and PTV tour would be a co headliner but still going to go
