I originally thought it was only gonna be Furnace Fest, so the fact that they announced these two shows leaves me slightly more optimistic

 

Why is the LA date the same day as Slipknot/INK/CTE in Irvine. Ugh, I have a tough choice to make

 

Yeah, it's the same day as Silverstein/Amity Affliction in my town too :(

 

probably not, unless furnace fest tried to book them or something.

 

These ticket prices are insane. 200 for Slipknot pit in Irvine

 

I'd maybe do a $20 groupon to see Slipknot.

 

that's truly wild considering GA/PIT for Knotfest Los Angeles, which was essentially a mini-festival thing with a stacked lineup, was $129.50 before fees.

 

That Irvine venue is just overpriced for whatever reason. ADTR there came out to 113 for PIT and Rob Zombie was about 200 as well

 

it's become very clear that Toronto got the weakest lineup

 

outside your damn mind if you think i'm paying anywhere near 200 for a single show that isn't a festival

Probably because I've been in California my whole life so I'm used to inflated prices but I was pay $200 for Hollywood Bowl tix 10 years ago. Paid $200 for the first Blink reunion in 09 with Tom *sigh*

and yet I couldnt muster the guts to pay $300 for Desert Daze where I'd see 25 great acts.

 

Well my girlfriend is going to make me go to this
