Wishing that about any band is bizarre to me, but this band especially. Insanity.

 

I really need this single on Friday to be real. I’ve gotten myself into a state of irreversible anticipation.

 

I feel like in 2022 no one is making up a new JEW single. It’s real.

 

We saw them in studio with JMJ earlier in the year. It's real.

Edit: Wow this absolutely slaps. Sonically sounds Damage'esque but with better production and all the best parts of that album.

Is it fast, slow, mid-tempo? How is it like Surviving?

 

it's like Damage-era uptempo with better production filtered through their current sound. it is indeed something loud - in a lot of ways it's a song they'd typically announce an album with but they're not doing that quite yet I don't think

I did some mild internet sleuthing and was able to hear the very short sample. I would say it's fast and up-tempo. It sounds to me like a continuation of the Surviving sound with something glorious sprinkled in towards the end of the sample that reminded me of early 2000's Midwest emo. Synth maybe? I don't know, I'm half deaf. It rips though. I love the little bit I've heard so far. Can't wait to hear more.

 

Their official YouTube channel has a video that you can only find through a Google search, but it looks like it's not public yet, or they took it down. We'll see.
