It sounds like Nihilego will be available in raids on Sunday.

 

I’ll be playing this weekend. My wife and I had a ton of fun with it last year. I’m in it for the shinies. Hope it’s as fun this year

 

This has been largely unplayable for the last two hours

 

Have there been issues? It’s been fine for me

 

I think the service was just terrible in the mall.

I have zero shiny today

 

I'm an hour and a half in, no shinies. But I've just been at home aside from like, 15 minutes, so that's kinda expected

 

Didn’t buy a ticket but caught a shiny Spheal & shiny Hitmonchan. Not bad

 

I’m at a park/gardens here in Oklahoma City and I had to backtrack my path multiples times to avoid interrupting a wedding

 

These increased shiny rates are tragic. Are Pokemon just disappearing for anyone else? Half the time when I tap on one they despawn right away.

 

I saw a Reddit post about the disappearing spawns. Some kind of bug

Yeah lots of disappearing spawns. Shiny rate was awful. Just a bad event. Again.

Did get two shiny Shelmut in a row, which was weird. Those were my only two for eight hours.

 

I got a shiny Axew so I'm satisfied. I think I got 9 shiny total, most of which were when I was out walking instead of at home

 

My experience was pretty much the same as this. I got an Axew as well on my last raid of the day, did a lot before that though lol.

 

Yeah a lot of my incense spawns would disappear when I clicked them. Still got a good amount of shinies but nothing like last year

 

Day 2 was a pretty pathetic "event," from what I could tell it was one new pokemon in raids, plus all of yesterday's spawns back for all day? I got 6 more shinies, but again... not much of an event as just "slightly boosted shiny spawn day"

 

Got significantly more shinies today than yesterday but doing 40 Axew raids w no shiny hurt

 

Got a handful, but still bad

 

Managed to grab a few shinies, including a few I didn't previously have. My biggest win was catching a 98% Axew.

 

Both pogo subreddits are nothing but hate. They really need to address this shit

 

Yeah this event was not great for the most part. I got 11 over both days (admittedly didn’t play as much today) but I feel like the Saturday odds were significantly less than a comm day which is ridiculous. I got 11 in total between both days.

Luckily got a shiny Axew at the end of day 1.

Zweilous raids are exempt from remote raid passes. Jesus christ

 

On one hand that is completely ridiculous, on the other hand the raids are specifically to create spawns physically around the gym itself. Obviously if you are raiding remotely, that new feature is impossible to participate it.
