I'm at the Hampton Inn in Irondale, but I keep glancing to see if any closer ones drop into that price range.

So who all is going?

As of right now, I'm driving down Thursday in time for a pre-show. But if a pre-show doesn't catch my eye, I'll just drive down after work to save the PTO. Current plan is to leave on Sunday. If I can sneak in Four Year Strong and Spiritbox and still make it back home in relatively good time, I'll make that happen. But I suspect they'll be playing later in the day. I should've stayed for Showbread last year.

 

Driving down Thursday for pre show. Driving back Sunday night!

We'll have to meet up; it looks like I'm doing this year solo. Debating whether or not to pay they ridiculous parking money or not. It was kinda awesome, ngl. I was on the interstate like 6 minutes after the headliner ended the first two nights.

If I end up going, it'll be incredibly last minute. Just too costly for me coming from Michigan for the lineup unfortunately.

I think I mentioned it in here, but just in case you haven’t booked a hotel, I’m at the Hampton Inn on Old Grants Mill. Pretty decent prices/free breakfast.

 

I’m looking to come in for just Saturday. I live in Atlanta so its a quick hop over Saturday AM and stay the night.

 

I got an Airbnb near the fest a while ago. Def going to be a hang spot I think

 

Last year I stayed on the one hotel everyone said to avoid - the dreaded Ramada by the airport. I had zero issues with that place. Haven't seen any roaches, haven't encountered any bedbugs and haven't seen anything sketchy around the hotel.

 

i'm about 51% sure i'll be there just for the friday bands. haven't bought anything yet, and i'm not sure about payin 6-8$ a gallon come september to drive up there. i'm tryin to convince a few friends of mine to come/carpool with me.

...would drive early thursday to get there in the evening. party hard friday, and then drive back home saturday.
