lol not sarcasty. I think it's cool that they opened with sic transit. I feel like they never do that

 

they totally typo'd their banner. 2018 was supposed to be 2028.

 

2018 is close to the number of days since Daisy.

 

2553 days since Daisy.

 

Very close to the number of years that Halo takes place.

I'm okay waiting longer for this album. I feel like they're trying to make this album a perfect send off.

Also, since it's 5 o' clock somewhere, I think I'm finally drunk enough to admit that daisy is my favorite brand new album. TDAG has always been my easy answer for favorite album, but I've realized that I listen to Daisy way more than their other albums (though I do love and fan boy over them all)

 

Daisy is 90% of the reason I like this band. Always been indifferent about like half of TDAG, and thought the production on Deja holds that album back from greatness, and YFW is just bad. I'm hoping I like their final album (if it really happens), but I already know I won't like one song on it (IAAN).

 

For being such a staple, I hardly ever go back to Deja. Daisy and TDAG get all my attention.

Yeah Deja is what introduced me to brand new, but it's the album I return to the least, not sure why.

Also, I really don't think IAAN will be on the new album. For a band that scrapped most of an album because the demos leaked, I doubt they'd release an album with a single that was released more than two months before the LP. I think it's taking longer to finish the record than they thought it would
