Interesting to hear they only have one truly complete bside song and no idea what to do with it, and a bunch of half ideas or incomplete sections they could revise some day.

I had the interview open for a while and just had some to listen while doing some house work.

Jim just always sounds so down to earth and self aware. I do always love hearing about new music or neat details like how songs like My Best Theory was written in some state earlier and was revisited.

It is exciting to know they have a release plan for something this year too!

Damn. Still no Boston date. I think the last time they were here was the tour with Third Eye Blind. May try to hit up the RI date

 

Gonna have to see if I can make the Sayreville date.

 

So if this tour is just in September, maybe the album is dropping in October with a longer/more expansive tour to follow?

Great pairing. Maybe they'll add a Riot Fest after show or something (or just add Charly Bliss to Riot Fest).

 

new stuff by September would be sweet. which brings into question whether they'll play any on the European tour...
