I haven't been either! It's a new venue that apparently holds ~5k or so.

TBH, I'm a little disappointed that it's not at Roadrunner. It's a little smaller, and supposedly is an incredibly well set-up place.

 

Yeah I was fully expecting HOB or Roadrunner since they play HOB every time. This def will be really cool if the venue is up and ready by then haha

The mock photos look honestly pretty sweet!

 

Think this is a great tour for Tigers Jaw. Lots of potential new listeners.

So, follow me on a logic workflow real quick. I think they announce the album before they head on tour. They announced LP6 right off the shoot which makes me think they're confident in the direction or have some songs written already and they don't go on tour for another like 5 months, plenty of time to record.

KC instead of STL is a big bummer and I doubt we'd get thrown into a later set of dates. Will have a two month old in late August so dunno if that trip is happening

 

Benny announced he's getting surgery for a torn meniscus (99% this is what it was) last week so I assume it'll be a few months unless drums are already recorded.

 

I strongly dislike midweek concerts the older I get but I’ll make an exception for this. Tigers Jaw is great support and seeing GA for the first time in 7 years will be a blast. I’m hoping for no more openers and a very long Gaslight set.

 

We joke all the time how Gaalight always plays a Tuesday night here, which obviously does suck. However, I legit never prayed for a weekday show like I did with this one. Too much going on this fall/summer that a Tuesday night was just what I needed!

 

Definitely doing Pitt and Detroit so I can also see TJ and Jeff :')

 

I'll be at the Detroit show too--coming up from Cincy
