Any idea who else is on the bill? I’d be pumped if it’s not a co-headline. The exception being Jimmy or a select few others

 

DC was so good on Friday. I think I was the only one signing my heart out to The Brilliant Dance but I don't care.

 

My polaroid shirt, long-sleeve shirt, and vinyl FINALLY arrived haha. Pre-ordered all this when the album was announced. Worth the wait. Gotta love Next Level brand shirts and the vinyl is beautiful.

This is my current AOTY. We will see how long it lasts since I'm really looking forward to a couple other albums coming soon.

 

I meant to post this last week. His performance on Colbert, looks like it was just pulled from the Valentine's Day stream

 

Andrew McMahon just teased announcing tour dates with Chris tomorrow. This would be such a killer summer tour. Hoping for a nearby date.

I'm doomed to never see AFS again, had to waste my ticket for SF the last tour because of the reschedule and now they're not playing any west coast dates this time around. Also would have loved to see Cartel again Still an amazing lineup though.

AFS are playing the When We Were Young fest in October. I’d put my money on them doing a short west coast tour around those weekends

I wonder if Chris/the band would ever do another full band album like Alter the Ending, as much as I enjoy this album overall, it's the two full-band songs that stand out as the best to me and have me wanting more

 

Alter The Ending remains their best, imo.

 

For me it's always AMAMANBANANMANAM or whatever the acronym is, then ATE is probably... 3rd or 4th, but it's so damn good

 

Already loved this album but it is somehow working even better for me on this warm Sunday morning than at any point during the winter of its release.

 

They were soooooooo good lastnight at the Vagrant show. The newest song they played was “Vindicated” haha. The band was sooo solid, and all the new full band arrangements of the old songs were great. They’re too good live. “Remember to Breathe” was def the highlight for me.

 

I’m gonna be incredibly bummed if he doesn’t play new songs on the summer tour. Feels so weird to say that. I think we will only get two at most though.
