I’m not tryna absolve MCR but I also wonder how much this is gonna be the new normal for hyped tours forever. “Dynamic” pricing is so evil, whether it’s ticketbastard or airlines

 

Also GNR tickets were cheaper slightly!

 

Acts themselves (most likely via management) have to give the ok for dynamic pricing. I noticed when I was looking at Twenty One Pilots tickets I didn't see much (if any) dynamic or "Platinum" pricing so I think it is a choice made by the artist themselves.

EDIT: Nevermind, just went to verify the statement above and indeed there is dynamic pricing so perhaps it is an agreement between act and venue or venues mandate it.

There’s definitely a lot of tickets left for the Portland show. These prices are definitely hurting sales a bit.

 

totally, they aren’t even playing the same sport. It’s just insane the longevity they’ve gotten out of them. lol

 

Rx Bandits are teasing a tour, it appears. They’ve posted the names of a few random cities on their Instagram story without further context

EDIT: The cities (so far) are Garden Grove, Phoenix, LA, San Diego, NYC, Philadelphia, and Boston

 

Tons of seats left in Nashville for MCR too. Hoping I can snag if there is a price drop

This band is better than GNR and MCR combined. Glad we had the subject changed haha.

Got a Bandsintown email regarding Alexisonfire at Pier 17 in NYC on July 23rd but the event got removed.
Expect some sort of tour announcement soon.

 

Damn, same night I’m seeing Elton John with my mother at Giant’s Stadium. Oh well, I couldn’t miss Elton’s last tour though.

 

They're already announced for Louder Than Life, they've got fall plans for the states already for sure

 

Incubus and Sublime w/ Rome dates are popping up.
