i failed. Luckily I had a buddy attacking at the same time and he got them for me!! YESSSSS STARLAND!! STARLAND!!!!! this will be such a shit show. This will be the best mosh pit of my life.

 

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but if all tickets require showing the credit card that was used for the original purchase upon entry, how are these already all over CL and Stubhub at a triple mark up?

 

Infinitely jealous of anyone that got a ticket to see them for one of the club shows. I got tickets for the Toronto date but I have a bad feeling that for $25 we're going to get a 40 minute set. Not too mention seeing them outdoors in a downtown area.

 

not to mention it starts quite earlier compared to other shows and has the whole olympic celebration thing before the show; but it says the village closes at 11 so that gives me at least some hope that it could be a proper show

 

People buy visa gift cards and ship them when someone buys it. People are monsters.

 

How does that solve the name problem? Don't you HAVE to fill that out?

 

Yeah I'll try and stay optimistic as well. I'll take a WCOH show over no show at all but if they did this in lieu of a proper show at say Sound Academy then that's disappointing.

 

It seems that StubHub took down all the tickets for many of the shows. Good to see that.

 

Every day I wonder how I was able to score tickets to these shows.

 

Can't believe this is next week already. I love how soon the show is from when I bought tickets.

World Cup of Hockey fan village schedule went up and Green Day play from 6:30-9 so early show but still the same length as a proper show

 

My buddy said they normally play for 3 hours. I didn't believe him.

 

I mean if you look up any setlist from the past tours, you'd see he wasn't lying... They played for 3 hours at DTE on the 21st Century tour

 

When they played lolla, they were given 2 hours and 15 minutes, went over that by fifteen minutes, and still had a shorter set list than they normally do. I'm pretty sure they have had some shows go longer than 3 hours even. I would say you will at least get two and a half hours from them.

 

The only time I saw Green Day, they played for 3 hours and 20 minutes

This was the tour back in 2010(?) with AFI

 

3 hours??? Man...

 

Right around the two-and-a-half hour mark right when you think it's over, they whip out "Jesus of Suburbia"

 

The two times I've seen them ('04 and '09) they played for nearly or just over 3 hours. Insanely pumped for this Columbus show. Already dreading the trip to chiropractor the next day.

92.9 FM in Boston is giving away tickets to the show when they play 2 Green Day songs in a row.... Ive never won a thing, but Ill listen for that. :)

 

Got tickets to see them with the girlfriend in February at the 02. Gonna be sitting right enough, but it doesn't bother us too much. First time seeing them too, woo! Hoping for a varied set list.

 

is it safe to buy tix on stubhub for the Palladium when tickets were sold for credit entry only? Tickets on there...just want to make sure it is safe to buy. not sure how they are able to resell?

 

Toronto show is cancelled and St. Louis, Chicago and Detroit have been postponed
