My girlfriend was having the same problem. Turning iMessage off and then back on fixed it for her.

 

quick question. how do you guys feel about apple music?

i'm a long time spotify premium user and am debating making the switch, but need a good reason. thoughts?

 

Can't update my 6 Plus to iOS 10. Says my phone is up to date with 9.3.5.

Not a big deal, as I'll have my 7 Plus next Monday, but I just wanted to play around with it.

 

I love it. With having an iPhone it just makes sense. Plus, I really like the new design of it. Having all of my music in one spot was important to me.

 

Is rise to wake not an option for the 6?

I ended up turning it off after a few days.

 

I'm honestly having fun with the new messages stuff. I totally ripped on it when I first saw it at the keynote. Sorry apple.

 

your carrier might have not pushed it out yet.

 

being able to put stickers on gifs, pictures, and other stickers is pretty fun lol

Just got shipping notification from Verizon

 

turning off my alarm this morning threw me for a bit of a loop, the snooze button is now right where you would swipe to turn it off

 

I get the feeling that after this week I'll probably only be using the image search and games features in messaging. Stickers are neat, but I think for me they will get boring quickly.

 

And what did you order might I ask?

Just preordered the 7 plus. I guess I'll go get an otter box after the fact.

 

Actually cancelled my iPhone 7 purchase. Decided it wasn't really that necessary at this point. Will be sticking it out with my 6. Peel switched my order to a 6/6S case hassle-free. Might allocate those savings to either a new Apple TV or more additions to my Macbook purchase.

this is kind of where my head is at this point, my 6 feels new again with iOS10. might order a new peel case (dark blue) and call it a day. I can't afford to upgrade every year and if the "10 Year" phone brings about the most change I want to be there for that.

 

This should be some fun to watch play out. Turf wars over headphones and their connections. This all screams we need to find better ways to do wireless headphones, and at least Apple is trying to do so with their AirPods. I don't know why they didn't collab with Beats on those, but at least they are pushing towards a better way.

 

i have a 6 as well, how are you able to add the effects without having force touch? i tried long holding

 

5s and still don't have plans to upgrade. iOS10 is very very cool.

I can't wait to try out the universal clipboard. I'm still waiting for a moment I can actually use it.

 

So glad they got rid of the "New" button in iTunes and replaced it with "Browse." Haha just makes a lot more sense to me.

 

I think the 7 will be a good phone, but I just get the feeling the next one will make more sense. Taking away the headphone jack (not that I care) is bold, but the market will catch up. I think this phone is on to something pretty neat, but I just want to wait and let them realize their vision and capabilities a little more. The iOS 10 update does sort of hold me over for now too.

 

And iOS acquired, digging it so far. Running on a 6s.
