I think it depends who hired him and what that owners relationship with Ross is. Flores said he was telling other teams about the lawsuit while interviewing, so Im inclined to say yes. I actually think his case gets stronger if he does get a job and still sues (versus seeming like sour grapes).

He interviewed with the Texans/Bears/Saints otherwise...could easily see the suit still going forward if its an NFC team...and even the Texans are out of the division.

 

My guess is Harbaugh wanted roster control and they told him no
