I love that they have a second guitarist in the studio and a drummer as well. That’s exciting. I dug the EP but it seemed to lack some of the energy that comes with collaborating with a whole band.

 

For sure! And even more exciting they are now listed as members of the band! (Attached pic) I think it's cool if they have a solid permanent lineup. It changes the energy. Even conceptually.. And especially them all in the same room. Interestingly Aaron is no longer listed as even a past member but he was listed as a full member until recently. It's only wiki but.. haha .anyways. I'm so stoked! That song and drummer sound amazing..

 

Aaron was never in the band, he just worked with them on that particular release. small band Wikipedia is the wild west, you can just put any old shit on there and no one's gonna check it

 

Holy crap.. I typed in the Drummers name in YouTube and found his YouTube Channel. Check this clip. He is an absolute beast

 

Oh right I figured as much, but for instance don't you think it's the band themselves made these recent edits? I'm not sure who would know these guys names let alone they are with them in the studio haha

 

Josh Withenshaw (eajosh on IG) has been their touring guitarist for years, so I think it was really just a matter of time until he was made an official member. He's also formerly of Every Avenue (hence his handle), which is cool - not to mention that he's been really sweet the couple times I've met him.

Its listed on Wikipedia as their current official members. And the pic leans in that direction. I do like when they have a full band lineup, although I totally respect when just the 2 of them carried the torch during the covid times

 

AJ is the only one I've ever seen really pull it off

I think AJ has said Mother Nature was their most successful record. Not sure by which measure. And also that since owning his own music he had received far more royalties. So maybe the brim should be expanding after all.

 

Here's to hoping this hits Mother Nature level of quality. That stands as probably their best album imo. As a single piece it just flows and they try different styles. Not sure if it was lightning in a bottle with them traveling to the west coast and living in the studio at Sams.

 

This makes me think the album will drop by this point? Maybe late March/ Early April

 

Didn't they just enter the studio a couple of weeks ago? I highly doubt an album would be out in the next two months. They gotta record, track, mix & master, get artwork, get vinyl pressed etc.

I wouldn't expect anything until the Fall.
