He is on the list of one of the insiders I trust. He was initially ruled by them then because he was thought to be too expensive but that seems to have changed a bit and is more of a realistic option. Still sounds like he would be expensive but not as expensive as originally thought. He is the most realistic option to come from outside the program is what was relayed.
