The 3rd down play to Chase was PI but it was definitely more borderline, it’s not the worst no-call. The 2nd down play was far more egregious though, he was pinning back his right arm the entire time the ball was in the air

 

If the Bengals aren’t going to get pressure it’s going to be a long day
