    D'oh! Prestigious

For me Stop Doing Bad Things is their ultimate best actually ;D have you tried to come back to it later? Though I love all of their albums, I'd only have to go back and listen to their debut and pre-RRN stuff, seeing as I haven't heard it for as long as I've been using streaming services ehh. To my mind they were always like Jimmy-Eat-World-top-quality band, would be great to still have them around.

I accidentally ended up with a guitar speaker cabinet that went on tour with STBaLS for a bunch of years. One of their guys sold it to a person who toured with it for a while and then ended up in my town making programmed music. I - not knowing its pedigree - bought it from them when they were downsizing their guitar rig.

    It really sounds fantastic!

any mention of Anadivine should shut down this thread. Saying Zoo is underrated is more than an understatement

Yeah. They did that documentary in ‘09, but then I couldn’t remember if they properly broke up or just stopped doing stuff. I’m overthinking this.
Anyway, they ruled and I wish they had stuck around.

The talk about The Snake The Cross The Crown got me thinking about another band I listened to back then, they were called like The Lion The Lizard The Lady or something like that. Or maybe that was the name of a song by them? Does that sound familiar to anyone? I've been trying to find that band for years now

  22. Spotify randomly played this band after the As Tall As Lions album I was listening to ended, and... what a throwback. Hadn't thought about them in years.

Was anyone here aware of The Smyrk? So fucking good, deserved far more recognition than they got.
