Add it to the pile of COVID losses! But it’s fine, I’m obligated to buy Mel Brooks movies on a comically large number of formats, potentially even duplicates. I think for Spaceballs I’m up to maybe 6 copies? Lol. Super stoked to see this in high quality, it’s always been my unsung favorite.

 

The "surprise" cameo ghost in the new Ghostbusters movie is the funniest thing I have seen in 2022. I will never watch another Jason Reitman movie but YouTube can be a wonderful place.

 

I feel like just off the top of my head Russel Crowe has a pretty strong filmography

I watched Midsommar on a plane (on my phone)

 

I think it’s insane to watch a good movie for the first time on a plane. Rewatches are fine.

I have so much anxiety about flying Black Widow isn't nearly mindless enough for me

 

Thankfully I don't fly often and when I do it's short so I just try to get a window seat for entertainment. It's pretty relaxing with some good music. I definitely want something mindless though.

 

I don’t think I’d wanna watch anything for the first time on a plane, but yeah. Certain types of films would feel weird in that context to me. Though, I’ll go years between flights; if I flew regularly, maybe I’d feel differently.

My last flight, I rewatched Fighting With My Family, which I imagine is a much better Pugh pick than Black Widow.

 

there's a middle ground. you don't have to watch drive my car on a plane but you also don't have to watch black widow lol
