5/6. Had three of the letters early, but kept putting them in the wrong places!

 

I somehow got it in 3/6 today with 3 yellows after my second attempt

 

4/6. Wanted it so badly to be bingo.

5/6. Basically knew the first three letters and their locations by the second guess, but wasted the third guess making sure and then couldn't think of a 5-letter word with those letters for a good 5 minutes before trying the only other word it could possibly be and getting it wrong. Was easy after that though (and my brain had come so close to it several times while I was thinking about what it could be).

Still really would like to get one in 3 for once though and this was probably my best chance for that haha

 

I got 5/6 instead of 4/6 because I mentally thought tangy but my "just woke up" brain typed tangi and I submitted that for guess 4 assuming it wasn't a real word

My mind was so slow this morning and I made some very inefficient guesses, but I got it in 6/6.

also learned that tanka is a word. I did not expect it to accept that, but now I know about another form of poetry. Neat. Thanks wordle

edit-read it wrong, that was actually my LAST guess and I did not get the word.

Part of it is because I was a dummy and took two guesses completely forgetting that I had gotten the first letter in the wrong slot earlier

 

It should be illegal for it to be one letter off of a very common word haha, I still got it in 4 though

Seriously such an idiot for those 4th and 5th guesses. Once I realized what I did and where the one letter had to go, I couldn't come up with it for that last guess. Ugh.

Stared at it forever and nearly gave up. I had three letters in the correct place after three guesses and just couldn’t think of a single thing. I finally just started putting in remaining letters in one spot until it came to me.

 

Got it in 4!

I also guessed tally and decided to try the correct answer before doing taffy (and/or tabby) to avoid another double letter guess, even though I thought of the other two first.

 

I kept saying the word with a soft g instead of a hard g and i was like wait tangy isn’t a word then i realized how dumb i was

 

Got it in 4 today. Started with dials

Many shoutouts to those of you guessing gonad and panty lol

 

First time playing. Some friends were talking about it today, so i gave it a shot. Got it in 4! pretty neat game.
