I’d very much like side D to be a suite of songs.

Felling spectacular about the potential for this record. The production is a pretty big step up from the last few records imo and it’s nice having clear, panned dueling guitars again

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

Honestly this is my new theory

That very much suits me. I like a nice, tight run time.

Honestly a little disappointed to see that it's only 46 minutes for that many tracks. Maybe one or two of them are interludes though..

I'm guessing it's far more than 46 minutes

After how bloated The Unheavenly Creatures was, I welcome a short Coheed album.

I dig TUC a ton but a majority of those songs overstay their welcome. Sometimes too much of a good thing is a bad thing.

It's just a news/entertainment site. It's on the up and up though, I would imagine the pre-order is coming over the next day or two and they just got the info posted too early

Agreed, the date said May 6th 2021 which seemed like a placeholder. The runtime may be as well

Gotcha. I didn't see a date anywhere but maybe that's because I'm on mobile.

I'm down for however long an album the band decided is necessary to get their point across. You can bet that the dorkier fans are gonna cry if it's only 46 minutes though

Dont get me wrong...I'm going to be stoked for new Coheed regardless. It would be their shortest runtime/track ratio to date though, by a fairly wide margin unless I'm mistaken, and I found that a little disappointing. I guess I'm a dork for preferring longer tracks? It doesn't make not look forward to the album, it's just a preference.

Just guessing since a) it's Coheed and b) the post makes it seem like it covers 4 LP sides. 12 minutes per side feels silly.
