Just because someone wants to share what they’re going through with the public doesn’t give you fair game to gossip about them with free reign about shit you don’t actually know anything about. Gossiping about people is shitty no matter the context and not something you should enthusiastically encourage or do in any context, imo

I've been wondering why they don't play Colossal Wreck/Pleasures more often, glad to hear it made it in

Yeaaaaa that night 2 setlist was awesome. Pleasures really did slap live.
Another great TDS in the books.

Ice T was one of the better hip hop performances I’ve seen in terms of his actual vocals, impressive considering his age.

Spiritbox was great. The singer of the Bronx is one of the best crowd-workers I’ve seen.

People really go apeshit for knocked loose too.

I'd love to see a set from The Bronx that anyone have a shit about. I've seen dead crowds the three times I've seen them.

  10. The Bronx is one of the best live bands out there.

Thought it was a great weekend! Friday when they came out with Dark Distance, The Whip and Fear place went nuts. Saturday was such a cool setlist too. This was my first TDS and did not disappoint. Spiritbox were the surprise for me, they killed and Knocked Loose seems to be at an all time high they were unreal as usual.

My partner got this nasty letter from this boomer he used to go to church with a decade and a half ago about how he was going to hell for being gay, how he was worried about the state of his soul, how he was distressed he would not be seeing him in heaven but "wasn't trying to be judgmental" and "sorry if you take offense to this". I put this on right after I comforted my partner and it met me at my level of anger especially at hypochristians. Pure rage. Cathartic as fuck.

Both nights were awesome. Friday was a little lackluster on the lineup side for me but Mariachi was fun to watch and Buried Alive crushed. Kublai was also good but missed most of their set and 68 sadly.

I felt like I was looking into the situation too much on stage because it didn't seem like normal at first but the second night everything definitely seemed normal and they sounded top notch both nights.

I could definitely swap Indian Giver out as a closer though

Another awesome Tid The Season. I'm not sure they've ever sounded better live when I've seen them. Just awesome sets.

  16. I really went from not caring for ETID to hearing Radical and now I'm going through their entire back catalogue. Everything has been really great. This band fucking ruuuuules. So far, Radical stands above the rest of their albums by a mile though.

let me tell you, as a life-long ETID fan, this is actually correct lol, Radical is fucking insane, even by ETID standards.

  18. Honestly can't stop listening to it. It's been dominating my listening since it came out. Had to go back to other albums to make sure I don't overplay Radical haha. So far, I've gone through Low Teens, From Parts Unknown, and Ex Lives. All are GREAT but I've had a couple songs from Ex Lives suck in my head for a bit. I think I'm going to be turning into a die hard fan from here on out.

Radical, Hot Damn and Low Teens are their most essential albums, in that order, imo.

Though you can't go wrong with either. I am going to get a lot of flack for this, but my personal favorites are Gutter Phenomenon and Ex-Lives haha
