Im eagerly awaiting a formal LP announcement. Just artwork and a title, i'd be fine with.

The Great Destroyer sounds like a pretty good name for Vaxis II if you ask me

Weird, this is their second tour in a row to skip NYC.

I could also see that tour art ending up somewhere in the Vaxis 2 packaging.

I'm pleasantly surprised to get a date near me, but I'd still have preferred an album announcement.

 

The Mill & Mine is such a good venue. Will probably go if tickets aren’t outrageous.

 

Might go to the Grand Rapids date.

My pet theory is that the album is finished and they are waiting on vinyl being pressed to announce it properly.
I'm all about this tour though. I got into them during the Good Apollo 1 album cycle so I missed out on the chance to see them in a smaller venue. Might hit up the Grand Rapids and/or Ft. Wayne dates.

 

I definitely think an album is done

 

I'm pretty sure they confirmed it was done at some point, and that it wasn't releasing until 2022. With today's announcement I'm expecting they'll announce the album (and maybe drop a third single) closer to the tour start.
