Kittle and Murray coming back definitely gave his team a huge boost. I’d have to get some luck on my side to win if I faced him in the finals.

 

yeah there’s like no tight ends in this league lol I am beyond fucked if Gronk gets hurt again. Schultz turned back into a zero.

 

Ultimately I think the best 6 teams made the playoffs. Looking like the order will stay exactly the same after this week:

Also it’s crazy that everyone outside the top 3 finished .500 or worse lmao. Teams 4-6 all lost and dropped to 7-7 / 6-8 but all had pretty safe playoff spots

also wanna say gg to @xkj1985x and @MyBestFiend, I thought both of y’all drafted pretty well but just had a lot of tough breaks and setbacks at the wrong times, sucks both your teams took so long to go off on all cylinders

 

pretty happy about being 3rd

took Calvin Ridley in the 2nd and he only played like 4 games for me
Chubb got Covid
Swift got hurt, then his backup Jamaal Williams got Covid
Courtland Sutton who was supposed to be my WR3 turned into a pumpkin because Teddy B stinks

thankfully Javonte Williams and Devonta Freeman have been carrying some load for me the past few weeks and Andrews/Lamb are beasts

 

I did a good job planning ahead this year cause I could’ve easily been a team that got unlucky and missed the playoffs. I personally think it’s a huge accomplishment to lose Henry and CEH, both of my first two draft picks, for 6 weeks each and still get a bye.

I got some laughs for my Fournette pick because I’m a Jags fan but he ended up being one of the best late round picks. Maybe it was Jags bias but I really didn’t think fuckin Ronald Jones was gonna play better and keep him from starting lol. That Bucs offense is super explosive and after seeing Lenny go off in the playoffs last year I felt good about picking him.

I not only got great value out of him in round NINE, but I also ended up needing him BADLY to replace my RB injuries. He went off the hardest when CEH and Henry were both out at the same time, perfect timing. Drafting four lead RBs proved to be a necessary strategy for me.

I also knew on draft day that I did NOT have a WR2… and I also properly predicted that Hockenson was gonna crash hard back down to earth for several weeks once teams started doubling him, because the Lions had no other threats. That Ja’Marr Chase trade was CLUTCH and the funny thing is I asked for Hopkins first and got denied - I would’ve gotten less points and several injury absences from him. I felt less confident trading for Chase but I still trusted myself and did it and I’m glad.

basically if I didn’t draft Fournette as my RB4 and pull off that trade to have Chase as my WR2, I probably wouldn’t have even made playoffs this year

 

sounds like no Hunt for Cleveland next week so hopefully Chubb gets 30 touches

 

My team had a terrible November but was otherwise fine. Better than the year I drafted Trent Richardson

I don't even mind trading Chase because Hockenson was still better than the pu pu platter I had at TE before him

 

Love to limp into the playoffs

 

I drafted well and I stand by it, just an underperforming team with some user error on some do or die start sits. I was in it til the end boys

 

Tbh everyone here has played fantasy for so long I think everyone’s teams are pretty talented. Weird ass year with injuries covid etc. No real crazy league winner waiver wire dudes either

 

yeah and Renfrow had a pretty decent floor as a WR3 option, Carr loves him on 3rd down

I think it was fair since I gave you two for one, and Chase did come back down to earth and start having down games as well

 

Also if you are eliminated from the playoffs, please do not make any add/drop moves this coming week and beyond

 

Damn. If I had started Stafford over Cam this week I’d probably be the 4 seed instead of 6 haha. What a fickle game this fantasy football is.

 

I stg every single time I drop AJ Green he starts playing like a WR2 again

Every time I pick him up and use him he does literally nothing

 

Matt Gay lowkey been an awesome pickup for me the past few weeks

 

Five teams outscored me week 14 and another only scored 0.6 less than me. Lol. Doesn’t really inspire much confidence. And @thechrisformat dropping fuckin 165 makes me feel like there’s no way I’m beating him if he’s full strength and we make the finals

My team had such a bad year and yet if I had won one more week, I would have been in a playoff spot. Crazy competition this whole year.

So torn on starting Darrel Williams tonight. If Connor, Henderson, and David Johnson were all locks to play, I probably wouldn’t. If I stick with Darrel tonight then I have to pick 1 out of the 3, most likely because I’m going to fuck around and play MVS in the flex since the Ravens pass D is poo pop butter. But, I’m going conservative and playing the definite lock tonight because with all the Covid lately who knows what will happen before Sunday. I’m going to pick wrong is the moral of the story. Just wanted to verbalize haha
