    Bringin the ruckus

Damn that Rolling Stone article is intense. I'm constantly in awe with how much she shares about her life with the public, it's inspiring and terrifying.

I just really do not like it after the first few listens. Maybe it will grow on me.

I've still only heard 333 and Crash, but they're both good songs in my opinion.

"Dead Rats" and "Norse Truth", holy shit.

Norse Truth is like....The Hold Steady meets System Of A Down

The word fuck is so prevalent on this album and makes it so angsty, I love it haha.

This is so great and a great compliment to TDB WC and NW

for me it feels like the eternal cowboy to tdb' s axl rose. just a very strange, indirect followup to a very straightforward record. i love it ofc

Not feeling it. The choruses are serverly lacking compare to there previous efforts. Feels very bland to me. Big step down from Trans.

yeah Laura and the boys can write one hell of a hook. Great album. Not quite TDB but I didnt expect it to be. It is, however, one of the best straight up rock albums I've heard this year and I can see myself coming back to this for many years to come.

I love this band so much.

Norse Truth is such a cool song. Laura's vocals have such a scathing, fiery bite to them.

I mean, I could say that about every song on this album, but particularly that one.

  16. first three songs are fucking awesome

  17. This reminds me the most of Searching For A Former Clarity...I think it's the production, the melodies, the scope/length. This is really, really good, I'm gonna be playing it a lot. Holy fuck, "Norse Truth"

    Give what you can.

"Rebecca" is one of the best "wanna be fuck buddies?" songs I've ever heard.

Goddamn this record is so cool and I love it for being a purely blistering rock n' roll record. Laura channels vintage Offspring at times. The bass really pops on this album. Really sick grooves all over this puppy.

I honestly think 333 might have my favorite chorus here, it's so massive and infectious.

  21. Same. TDB was so good and this is so... forgettable for me. Hopefully that will change with repeated listens but for now I'm just not interested in any of it.

    Loving it.

I feel that this band has reached a new level in songwriting since TDB

It's not the same album but definitely got some great stuff on.

Crash has been stuck in my head. And that opener

"Crash" sorta sounds like a Sheer Mag song.

Is Laura singing provision l3? It sounds like the offspring. Not a bad thing, just never would have thought it was against me!
