Saw them in 2019 and it was a fun one. Might see them again.

 

this bowling alley/bar near me always plays cool/out-there music and one random fri night just before the pandemic started they played the whole dragonforce album that has "through the fire and flames" on it lmao. got a suprisingly positive reaction

i was sick of it about 20 min in tho ngl

 

i can only take so much guitar wank and high pitched vocals

 

Don't even know how, but I got a ticket for BMTH at the whisky

 

A buddy of mine saw Dragonforce back in the day on Ozzfest 2006 and said they were one of the worst live bands he's ever seen. I can definitely see how that wank wouldn't translate well in a live setting, but it's good to see they've still outlived their meme days. Probably still wouldn't see them in 2021 though.

 

At mayhem fest 2008 people booed them the entire time at my show. The only time I've seen a band get such a negative reaction
