The Maine did bring up Collin from Grayscale to sing on Black Butterflies yesterday.

    It's chaos. Be kind. Prestigious

Also, anyone in here going to Columbus or Pontiac? I'll be at both!

Couldn't hear him at all from the front unfortunately. My friend and I felt bad about it. Apparently The Maine's bus broke down and the only way they made it to the show was because Grayscale picked them up.

Never thought I'd be saying this as a guy turning 38 in Nov but All Time Low has really brought it their last few releases so I'll be going to this on Fri.

Spencer and Austin from Movements tested positive for COVID. Pat and Ira will be doing shows acoustic for the foreseeable future/until Spencer and Austin test negative.

If I can find a reasonably priced ticket I definitely plan on going too! 24 year old me would definitely be laughing that 34 me is eager to go to an ATL show haha

I'm probably one of the rare people that would be fine if their setlist was totally 2012-onwards.

Still on the fence about going to this

I like Grayscale and TSSF a lot, but I'm bummed that the Maine has such a short set. I'm not sure if I feel like paying $65, taking the train into the city, then ubering to the venue. I saw Tame Impala at the same venue in 2019 and it took us an hour to get an uber when the show was over.

The shows, so far, seem like they've been a bit of a sh*t show

Basically all major tours have some sort of disruption at this point. I imagine in 2 years we'll look back on the summer/fall of 2021 and think "yeah....maybe should have waited a bit longer to go and mount massive tours."

I think this is the only tour The Maine are doing this year, so if you’d like to see them, you should go. I went to a side summer show and was bummed their set was so short but still had an amazing time!

Anaheim date went smoothly. Was so happy my date was one of the first since it seems like this tour is falling apart

Pretty nuts what happened with Atlanta. For almost 2 years they had the top level of a parking garage booked and it took less than 24 hours notice to realize it wasn’t gonna work out

Wait I know it got canceled because of issues with the stage; but they were going to have the stage on the parking garage?

Yeah I’m not familiar with the area but the way I saw it described the lot was over a set of train tracks too? Not sure how many people they were expecting to pile up there but definitely the right call to just not have the show in general up there to avoid the whole thing collapsing

I think Pat said they were expecting over 4,000 since it was sold out.

That’s nuts. Hopefully the worst this fest sees is behind us, looks like more venues up the east coast are putting in vaccine requirements so that should help the fest carry on in a safer environment, and they’re all in established venues they booked in 2019 opposed to random old parking decks

Agreed 100%, I didn't expect Wake Up, Sunshine to be one of my fav albums of the past few years

Are Pat & Ira renting a car & driving behind the van/bus?
