I always had a funny take on Ike. Ill never forget it. It was the first game after his breakout 1st half season. His first at bat he was trying to be patient and pay off breaking ball pitches on the outside.

And the umpire that day called every single outside corner strike on him.

Ever since then he couldn't adjust and was done.

I stand by that theory !

Also, to be clear. I’m not hating the Brewers or defending Atlanta. Brewers are one of those teams I find myself pulling for when they make the post season and they seem to always disappoint.

Yeah I didn’t get that at all either. Dude has been nothing but a liability at the plate and just fair behind it. I cringe when I see him in the lineup now, which is every other fucking day.
