I have been saying this since the beginning. Fake vax cards are going to be the new fake IDs.

 

i feel like using the clear app would be such a better idea then just showing cards. i thought thats what lolla was gonna do. it would have been so easy to just scan the qr code and have people be on their way

 

So funny that people would rather pay for a fake vax card than get a legitimate one for free

 

I have my vaccination card on my phone via Google Pay. They can just scan it.

 

When I went to Rise Against in NYC on 7/30 there was ZERO. Walked right in with the usual security requirements as if it was 2019. Thankfully it's a few days later and I feel fine (I don't wear a mask outdoors) but indoor shows are now a whole other battle. Curious to hear how local venues are handling this week. Feel like we're gonna be in for a LOT of back and forth this fall.

FWIW, I saw a TikTok today of some dude who went on the dark web to see how easy it would be to get a fake and based on what he showed, that’s apparently the only thing the dark web won’t let you buy haha. Granted there are many dark web sites blah blah.
