I've been winging it, but maybe a template would be good. Usually I have the person PM on whatever site I post on, so they at least put in enough effort to contact me. I post what teams are available and that we advance every 48-60 hours. Then I include a link in the PM to this site and tell them to sign up and post. If they can't put in that much effort then they aren't worth having in the league.

just kidding, domebb. I never had any sort of template, I just kept it semi short and sweet because if you do a tl;dr type of league breakdown from the get go, you aren't going to get many virgins that'll stop long enough to read through it all in between their hentai jerk sessions.
