    Someday I’ll find me Prestigious

It's been suggested, and pretty likely at this point.

    It's my mum's dodge caravan

I'm not really a Biffy fan but the whole RIP 2018 thing has kind of made me never want to miss another Brand New show (even though this won't be their last over here) and willing to pay the ridiculous amount (like £40+ is it?) just to see Brand New at the O2, but still that thing about Biffy fans has kind of put me off standing...then again, have never actually done seating for Brand New before, don't know if it'll be weird or not. I'll try and get something on the general sale tomorrow I guess.

That 2018 timeline is making more sense the longer we wait for this thing. Release it in November, tour on it in 2017, call it day.

Yeah, I went seated because I got quite roughed up last time I went standing at a gig and I'm over that. I'm not having one of the last times I see my favourite band (BN) ruined by some inconsiderate tool. What's this thing about Biffy fans though? I mean, I've been elbowed in the face at a Biffy concert before because I wouldn't move for someone trying to push past me, (I'd queued since 9AM. I don't even like Biffy, it was for a friend. Long story), but there's tools in every fanbase. Something specific I don't know about?

EDIT - as long as you get good seats, seating at a Brand New gig is amazing. You get to see everything and be comfortable, not having to worry about queuing and whatever.

Listening to Daisy this morning, and I think it's an album that continues to grow on me seven years on. It's just so incredibly focused as to what it wants to be, and every time Be Gone begins, I remember how incredible the back half of the album is.

Oh, I was referring to your post regarding how you probably won't get too far forward unless you get there early, I've experienced the same with Muse fans, and it would be a bit of a bummer to be kind of far back for Brand New if I was standing.

And yeah, when I last saw Brand New at Ally Pally, it was surprisingly rough, and I'm kind of past that whole aspect of gigs. Then again, if I end up sitting next to a bunch of people, or in an area of people who are there for Biffy and not Brand New, it may kind of kill it a little. Will probably see what I end up getting tomorrow in the sale, but have to take every opportunity to see Brand New when they rarely come over here so will definitely go!

Ah right! Yeah, I saw them in 2013 I think? And they were queuing before 9AM. I have a great time seating at gigs now. My last Brand New was standing, but that was only because it was a special gig and I easily got front row with that.

Noro though. That is a top tier Brand New song.

Those crunching guitars against the backdrop of those ferocious drums.

Got my tickets to the Birmingham date. Will be buying for the Manchester and London too. Literally a dream tour for me, followed both since I was a kid.

And fair play to Brand New. If they're ending in 2018 this will be a big pay day for them and something they'll never get to do again, a U.K. arena tour.

YES. Noro is my favorite BN song. It's so epic. I was stoked they were playing it on this last tour.

Yeah I guess it depends on where you see them - I was standing at Brooklyn Bowl and basically got pretty close to the front without much effort, which was epic considering how small the place was!

I still think we are getting LP5 in November or December and I'm ok with that.

Noro is easily my favorite song off Daisy. I'm so blessed to have seen them play it live twice! In both instances, it was a first. Saw them play it the first time ever in 2013 and then saw them play its tour debut on the MM tour.

Which tour was that on? I was amazed with the intimate tour last year, I saw them in Birmingham and turned up at like 6. Still got front row!

It was 2015, so think it was the London leg of that June-ish intimate tour. Only managed to get a ticket as I knew someone working in the venue as it sold out so quickly, but absolutely unreal gig!

Ah right! That was such a bloody awesome tour. Can't believe I got tickets to it. That's so lucky! I didn't get to go to the September one following though, unfortunately.

I came in when Dinosaur Pile Up were three quarters through their set. It's not hard to get to the front once the band come on.

And yes! Make sure we grab a beer. You going to the Birmingham one or multiple?

I did the September one too, and even though it was great (like when have Brand New ever been anything less than awesome), you certainly went to the better tour.

As much as I enjoyed the Glee Club show in Birmingham being intimate I had a better time in Sheffield in the September with them playing Deja in full and then 5/6 from Devil and God as an encore.
