Not sure if you guys have info from other sources but all i see on this PET scan is positive lymph nodes so it could be lymphoma or metastasis from a different primary. My guess is he has metastatic lymphoma. My experience with treating lymphoma is that it's a chronic and debilitating disease but not super fatal. Fingers crossed.

how treatable is it

 

DLBCL which is already stage 4 gives around a five year survival rate of 60-70%.

This is going to be a long battle.

 

I think Mark will keep people updated as he sees fit. Also, every case can differ based on the patient.

 

He also mentioned on twitch today that his ct scan is tomorrow. He has been sharing much more lately.

Fingers crossed for good news for Mark today!

 

Marks scans were done about four hours ago as per his Instagram. Fingers crossed.

 

When does he find out? Must be absolutely nerve wrecking waiting for the results. Time will be probably feel endless.

 

When mark get his positive results back there’s no way they don’t scrap the current album they have been working on. There’s gonna be an emotional blink album coming next.

Yeah.. uh.. I love blink, but I don't give a shit about new music at the moment. I'd much rather have a happy healthy Mark than new music.

 

Regardless of the results of his test, we are gonna have a long wait before any new music or shows from Blink, and that’s obviously the way it should be until Mark is 100% again.

 

It’s ok to want good news on Mark and a new album. People just need to be realistic and respectful that it’s a human beings life and that’s number one here.

 

Testing positive for something doesn't usually mean good news, but maybe I misunderstood their comment

 

I’m fairly certain they intended it as Mark getting “positive news,” but I may be wrong

 

I'm assuming he is at a top cancer center so they have dedicated radiologists reading film. That said they need to be precise as this is literally life or death imaging. I'd say one to two days to read the images then mark's oncologist will take a day or two to get back to him.

Tldr: anywhere from one to four days.

There’s nothing wrong with being excited for new music because we know they were recording. His health is most important though and should as public as he feels comfortable with. Again, I there are so many people in the world dealing with cancer and showing people they are not alone and asking people to support chastity at these times is a great show of character.
