mad men season 1 has the carousel pitch and his brother and some of the best Betty moments. The pilot is pretty perfect.

 

Dr Who is basically Power Rangers for older people. I had an ex that loved it and watched it all the time. I watched a few episodes and just didn’t get the appeal at all. Same with Scrubs.

I used to hate on Parks and Rec too. I started the first season of that show at least five times and just could never get through it all. But then one weekend I decided to skip season one completely and just start with two, and then I binged the whole series and loved it haha.

 

Parks and Recreation, 30 Rock, and Frasier are all "major" shows that I keep putting off because of the sheer size. It is so nice when someone recommends something that had two seasons of ten episodes each.

 

I'm also kinda shocked you don't like Bojack

 

I am constantly googling “best one season shows” haha. And then I end up watching Clone High or Freaks and Geeks.

Honestly, if a show’s episodes are all 50+ minutes, its almost always a pass for me no matter how good people say it is. That’s like people telling me I “neeeeed” to watch the extended versions of Lord of the Rings. Noooo thanks.

I’ll take all the 11 minute long cartoons I can get my hands on.

I like Bojack but definitely don't love it like most people seem to. It's one I'm kind of forcing my way through. I think the last I watched was the end of season 4.

 

I'm usually good at knowing if something isn't for me without watching it
