DDL could come out of retirement to play hawkeye’s dad and it wouldn’t save it.

 

I assume everyone caught the post credit scene?

 

Hailie Steinfeld as Kate Bishop is enough for me to be excited about the Hawkeye show. Perfect casting for one of my favorite characters.

Also, Lucky the Pizza Dog is gonna be in it which is way better than having Daniel Day Lewis.

 

But back on topic, loved this episode for the most part. The post-credit scene means that things are gonna get really fun in the last two episodes.

Not a huge fan of the latest episode.

 

I didn’t say they would, just that it’s not far fetched to potentially see one.

 

I don’t really get how there are two Lokis. Like how was baby Sylvie and baby Loki both born in the same timeline is what I’m confused about.

Maybe it’s like when she was taken, they deleted her entire existence but the timeline still requires a Loki so a new one is made?

 

After watching that post credit scene, I don’t know how this will wrap up in two episodes.

 

Barney as Iron Man and Moe as Vision is just brilliant

 

Probably because someone (probably Kang the Conqueror) knows she’ll be their downfall and they wanted to change time to their liking?

 

The amount of theories I’ve seen saying Kang reminds me of Mephisto and WandaVision

I def bit hard on the whole wizard of oz gag. I was like “they’re really just gonna show us them? Why does that one sound so stupid. Why are they just sitting there watching a fight?” Lol

 

Yeah this. When they reset a timeline they literally do exactly that. So there was a timeline where Loki was born a girl instead, and it appears as though Loki is “supposed” to be born a boy, so they had to prune that timeline. The reset charge sets everything back to a point where Loki can be born again as a boy.

 

Yeah, but they make more sense then Mephisto, especially since he’s Marvel’s big time traveling bad guy and it’s very clear that Renslayer reports to someone based on her demeanor and her desperation to hide something from the TVA. We now know the Time Keepers are just animatronics so who else would she report to? Why not her on again/off again husband, Kang? Not to mention we know he’s the big bad in the new Ant-Man and possibly this phase so this would be a good time to set him up as well.

 

the only thing that makes less sense than introducing one of the big bads, supposedly, of this phase in ant man is introducing him in loki

 

I’m not sure they’ll show him proper but I def think he’ll get name dropped in a post-credits scene or something of that nature. Plus, it’s not like they haven’t done this before with Loki, Ultron, or Thanos in the past by dropping hints or revealing them ahead of time.

 

I like how they teased Blade by mentioning the existence of vampires in the MCU.

 

The more I think about it, the more i’m convinced the big bad is just a worse Loki. He hunts and destroys other versions of himself to maintain his power and standing as the one true Loki. Plus the whole angle of “you can be anyone you want to be, you make your own destiny” blah blah blah
