I think your show got upgraded

 

IMHO, trading the Bouncing Souls for Streetlight isn't really an upgrade so much as a lateral move. Potentially a downgrade if Streetlight is one of their weird "we're doing this for the money and don't really want to be playing a venue like this" moods.

 

I ended up getting into see the JoBros on Sunday at the Rock Hall in Cleveland. I had never attended a pre-tape before (unless Conan O’Brien counts) and it was interesting. Cool to see the Brothers on such a small stage in such a small setting with 3% of the crowd that’ll be at Blossom. Hearing the same 4 songs 3 times though? Lol.

 

It updated again and Femmes were taken out. Just Molly, Me First, Thick, and Streetlight. So freaking strange.

LOL. That’s a great way to describe it. Last time I saw them was at the HOB Anaheim two years back on my birthday and they were totally in one of those moods. They barely did any stage-chatting with the crowd, and looked like they just wanted to get the show over with. It was funny because the crowd went HAM for them, so I thought they would’ve been a bit more lively

Damn. Still a nice lineup without the Femmes tho

Wonder if ADTR/PTV will be limited to one area or not. Excited to find out where DRUGS are playing as well.

Emo Rapper/pop punk on Epitaph. Toured with Senses Fail, Nothing Nowhere etc. Been around for 4+ years now

 

He’s also in a post-hardcore band that did a split EP with SeeYouSpaceCowboy that’s pretty damn good.

 

Don’t care for Lotus, but my brother and I really dig Magnolia Park

 

My warning to all who don’t know lil lotus is this:don’t judge a book by its cover. I’m not at all into emo rap, but this guy is legit good at everything he does. If nothing else, check out If I Die First and his solo pop punk stuff.
