Now that’s a strong one, but we wouldn’t have the first date music video! Maybe if they dubbed Time To Break Up over it.

 

Lol I had the edited version of this album. Happy Holidays is an instrumental except for the very last line.

They also edited out "laid" in Reckless Abandon and I remember my friends and I trying to figure out what the l-word was

 

When I was a kid I had the edited version of the Marshall Mathers LP. That was hilarious.

 

I had that and thought it was hilarious words like "shit" weren't blurred lol

 

I had one of those free posters from M magazine (like J-14) of the band from the back of the CD in the front of my school binder. Thought it was so cool haha! Every Time I Look For You is a gem and I’ll be the only one to say that I love First Date but if they retired it from their set I wouldn’t be upset.

 

"Everytime I Look For You" was the perfect song to start "American Pie 2." Really sets the tone for the time it's in and pretty wild they with that instead of a big hit.

 

Been trying to think of a blink song they could have used to open the movie instead of “Everytime” and can’t think of one that would be new or fit the movie.

Side note American Pie 2 is just loaded up really good pop punk songs from blink, Sum 41, NFG, Green Day, American Hi Fi, Offspring, Alien Ant Farm, Lit, Fenix TX and even Weezer.

I have the American Pie 2 CD somewhere in my attic unfortunately the actual CD is lacking almost all of those tracks.

 

I'm sure there's a playlist on Spotify that has all of them. Haha. And that Uncle Kracker song is horrendous. But everything else is good.

I love the American Pie soundtrack! Besides the usual goodies by the more popular bands I was a real big fan of the songs “Bring You Down” by Left Front Tire and “Cheating” by Jettingham.

 

How do Blink’s store’s tee shirts fit? Im basically a small medium, so I can’t decide if I should get a small or a medium haha.

 

Check what brand they print on. I think they use a couple different brands and print the names on there. I wish they used Next Level, I think it’s Tulux or something on most. Which run smaller and shrink if I remember right.

 

This whole deal is why I pretty much stopped buying "regular" band merch. It's a complete toss up in quality and I usually end up with a $45 piece of crap that shrinks and has print cracking.

I feel like the trend of merch being more high end and limited in pop/hip-hop right now hasn't carried over to a lot of rock bands yet.

Totally agree. And ticks me off when it’s not flat put stated. Like give me even a Next Level triblend and I at least get the fit and know it’s ok.

 

I really like AVA/TTS merch. That’s some good quality stuff.

Same for the sum 41 broken in order in decline merch I got.

think both those bands use next level.

 

I will say, the pocket shirt Blink just released fits very nice. It was given to me as a gift. (Medium can be hit or miss for me.)

It’s a medium. Washed once. I sit between a small/medium depending on brand. 5’9”

I'm surprised these artists don't try a little harder just as far as money goes. Look at Travis Scott right now. Dude has his corny McDonalds merch reselling for 3x the retail price on StockX etc.
