I am going to try and construct my England team... Gareth will go 3-4-3 but I’ll try something different.

    —————Pickford
    TAA—Stones—Maguire—Chilwell
    ———-Rice——Belingham
    Sancho—Grealish-—Foden
    —————-Kane

Right back, choosing between Walker, Tripier, James and TAA is a bit mad. I left out Henderson because I don’t believe he will be fit. I also went for Grealish over Mount but I think it depends on the type of opponent.

  4. I’d do that same lineup but I’d probably prefer Mount over Grealish for most matchups.

There’s a few players that’ll be very difficult to leave out. Can understand why he’d go with a back 3, as Maguire and Stones have the potential to be a very shaky partnership. Wouldn’t want to sacrifice an attacking player for an extra defender though. I would probably opt for James at right back.

The three attacking midfielders are where most of the problems lie selection wise. Sancho, Foden, Rashford, Mount and Grealish all have it in them to change a game. That’s a ton of attacking talent. Not sure who I’d go for but they’re great options to have.

Is Stones fast? Maguire + any fast centre back that’s decent with the ball would be a good pairing.

Giroud to Milan is being reported by Tancredi Palmer.

I'm not going to laugh at any potential Ramos transfer as I still think he's got something to give. Whether it's a Premier League level? Only time will tell.

If 36 year-old Thiago Silva can cut it in the Premier League (except against WBA lol), then Sergio Ramos definitely can!

Mbappe still qualifies for that team, right? Where does that team + Mbappe end up in the Euros?

That France u21 team just got beat 2-1 & knocked out of the Euros by a fairly mediocre Holland side! :crylaugh:

Off all summer so I’ll be able to take in all the Euros which is nice. Gonna hopefully find a few places to go watch matches during the day as well.

  20. If Kane does leave, I think Lukaku could be the perfect replacement target. He has PL experience and Inter need to sell off some players.

Real are linked to Ancelotti now. I'm more afraid of who we'd replace him with than anything else.

The financial situation at Wednesday is now so bad that players are considering handing in their notice to leave the club. The owner recently attempted to furlough the players. It’s time the owner cuts his losses, sells up for a quid and leaves.

  23. Is ESPN UK just a troll account? I feel like that's all they do. And if it's not trolling, they're just terrible lol

    ESPN Euro Cup Pick 'Em

I created a group for us to all enter for ESPN's Euro Cup predictor game. It's not a traditional, pick the winner of the group and knockouts type game. They give you several questions to answer and then have a tie breaker at the end.

They currently have the questions for the group stage ready to go. And it appears they will have a new set of questions for each round of the knockouts. Sounds fun so join if you'd like.
