Woah. Bit harsh being a month out.

 

I can't decide what's worse: this leaking and people getting it a month early, or people listening to the live bootleg so many times before September 30th that the studio version pales in comparison. I'm inclined to say the latter.

 

Wow can't believe this leaked that early. I'll check it out later today I guess? Idk might just wait at this point

 

I think I'm still gonna try and wait. The whole "experiencing this in the fall" thing was a big deal for me.

I'm gonna wait to listen to anymore songs from this until the release. I've held out on listening to the live recording so I think I'll be okay. :)

Today is the day I stop listening to the live recording. The "fold my clothes" at the end of the studio version of GOD is such a bummer after listening to the live recording.

Is the newest leak still 1 long song?

 

I'm sure this will change, but after first listen to the studio version, I prefer the live version. "Strafford" especially is a disappointment.

 

the live version (of the whole album) packed a it more punch, but i'm not disappointed at all. the production on this is so unique, i find it to be such an interesting listen. i love how different "strafford" sounds from the live version, i think it's fantastic.

 

I just really loved the live version of "Strafford." That's the song I was most looking forward to, and I didn't really like what he did with the vocals or the production. The band sounded weirdly muted on that song. I hope it's just the quality of the rip.

 

i see where you're coming from. i have a feeling that a lot of people will come around to the studio versions of the songs.

I hope I'm not disappointed by the studio version. This is why I only listened to the live version once though.

 

I woke up in the middle of the night to find GOD released. I was still half asleep but I didn't really love it on first listen.

Fast forward to 9:40am and I've listened to it 10+ times.
