Is that the Jasper for the Zinogre Coil? I’ve fought the thing 7-8 times and it still hasn’t dropped one

 

Is that in rise, too? I’m not up to the next level of the first monsters, yet. I just got to the beginning of that. This was for the zinogre plate, which has like four percent chance or something stupid. Finally got it and then I realize there’s better armor, of course haha I’ve heard of the jasper, can’t imagine how hard that’s gonna be once I get up to that next level. Really just want to unlock the jumping and sliding fighting moves already, hope that happens soon.

 

I want to play Wind Waker again so bad

 

Go buy a Wii U. There are plenty of them out there.

 

Yeah in Rise. I somehow managed to get the plate on the first drop but still no Jasper, and I need the Zinogre Coil to complete my end game build. There always seems to be at least one piece in each set that they make stupidly hard to get to keep us playing haha

 

Is that in the plus section or is there an even further level? Just learned there’s a pokedex style thing that tells you how big each monster is, didn’t know they can randomly vary lol

 

Anyone play Bug Fables? It's been on my list forever but I've yet to pick it up

 

I love the Monster-dex. But while I love the art style, I wish their pictures were actual images. It made learning the monsters a little harder.

 

I see Scott Pilgrim is on sad for $11.99. Probably going to finally play it.

 

I’ve never actually looked at it but it’s fun how they have different sizes of monsters, similar to pokemon go where it randomly varies. I was wondering why it was so hard to hit the barroth, turns out it was the smallest one I’ve ever battled.

 

I played for a few hours. It was okay. The platforming sections were very frustrating.

 

It's in the High Rank part of the game so I think that's a plus section? I'm still pretty new to MH and how it all works

Yeah, like when you have to hunt the same monsters again but for better armor. There’s a plus sign next to the monster parts when you get them under a better rank, I wasn’t sure if there was a plus plus or that was the strongest that it gets. I’ve never played before either but I just unlocked zinogre missions so hopefully it won’t take forever as well.

Also, can I stop having to fight khezu already? It says to upgrade the weapon I’m using I have to do that for some reason and just why, ugh.

 

a part of me really hates that I gave away my wii U to a coworker so his kids could play it, but it really was just collecting dust at that point but I get the itch every now and then to play wind waker or twilight princess

 

Started Smash today. They really just throw you right into things, don't they? I've never played a Smash game before. Why is jump mapped to the Y button?

 

So I did it. I downloaded Hades...

 

@TheBaroness i got a jasper the second time I tried but somehow I didn’t realize I don’t get the thunder sac from zinogre and have battled it about a billion times until realizing it was the wrong monster the whole time lol welp

 

Oh man haha, I guess I just need to keep battling away at it. I have like 15 Zinogre plates now, it's ridiculous.

 

Oof, I got ridiculously lucky. Apparently the chances of a jasper increase if you fight it with another monster? I’m sure you’ve tried that by now though

 

Actually I didn't know that, will try that method next. Fingers crossed!

 

Do you actually get anything if you get all the monster armor from each rank?
