Really liked BD. You do find that you gain JP and even Job Classes really fast in this though so id make sure you do build a team. Never had to change classes so much before to defeat a boss and form a strategy. The open world is a lot to be desired but the actual landscapes look so great.

Yea, monster hunter does not get easier lol magnamalo is almost practically unstoppable, sheesh. Lost that quest, this one dude kept fainting so I’m guessing that’s why.

Try using a weapon with good mobility, like sword and shield. Jump around a lot with the wire bug.

Yeah, the problem is mostly when the monster be buggin if you know what I mean lol it had unlimited stamina, a few times I would wire bug out and it would still somehow chase me down probably because others had to run away and heal as well. I beat it before but it’s superr tough. also, I suck with figuring out how to chop down with the wirebug, every time I’ve tried it didn’t work.

I honestly don’t use wirebugs unless I’m traveling to the monster. I mostly roll to dodge.

just dug up and plugged in my old GameCube !! playing Timesplitters Future Perfect for the first time in years. really gotta get (re)used to using the c-stick for aiming this thing is so awkward lol

Yea, same but you can’t just roll with certain monsters.

Also, just realizing water resistance is the most useless resistance and it isn’t even close lol

I used to love Timesplitters, those were kind of my peak Nintendo fps games after goldeneye and perfect dark.

Still need to play the first Oxenfree. Bought it on PC a while back but just haven't gotten around to playing it for whatever reason. Heard good things about it though, will probably be happy the sequel is coming once I play it

But also the way they did that "one more thing"... definitely raised and then dashed my Silksong hype :crylaugh:

I don't think it was really bad at all. It had a lot of good looking games.

I just can't believe there's still nothing about Silksong and Axiom Verge 2. That's nuts.

just not really into the whole narrative/walking sim genre personally and there was a lot of that

I think Silksong is big enough at this point that it will be part of an official direct
