That’s genuinely the funniest manager interaction in a while.

I was trying to describe myself to someone

The Ole ramble in the post match comments is way funnier on video. He doesn't get his thoughts out anywhere near as quickly as that quote suggests, which really adds to it. It starts off sounding like he really wants to lambast Son and is trying to control himself and it somehow ends in starving his kids.

In shocking news, Newcastle did a win as Fulham lost. We even came back from a losing position. Need to wrap ASM and Wilson in cotton wool for all the games apart from Arsenal, Sheffield United and Fulham. Just take the losses in all the other games. :crylaugh:

  5. I think it's now safe to say that Jose hasn't made us any better. I would say he's made us worse, but that last stretch with Poch was pretty bad too. Regardless, there are zero parts of our team that I'd say are better now the before he took over. Part of that can go on the players, but it shouldn't look this bad. We have talented players throughout the entire squad.

All the antics and shit he says doesn't really bother me. It's somewhat entertaining. But I've just seen enough of the performance side of things to know this isn't going to get any better. It's so predictable.

The man will always be a legend to me. He still comes out with some classic antics/quotes in interviews these days, but even that side of his management is not what it once was. He used to be so good at creating the "us vs everyone else" type of culture at his clubs that really helped to unite the dressing room and get everyone on the same page, but ever since Real Madrid he hasn't been able to recreate that elsewhere.

I think his Inter Milan treble win was the peak of his managerial career where every element of his management style worked perfectly. The shithousery at the final whistle against Barca in the CL semi final was so elite it will never be beaten :crylaugh:

The whole thing was just so bizarre. Add in Son’s post match interview and pretty much everything after the match yesterday was hilarious. Roy Keane of all people followed it up by saying Mou needs to relax

Ole even said “Fred even scores that just tells everything about the performance”. :crylaugh:

New contender for worst match ever? Only 226 completed passes. Like four a minute?

The disallowed West Brom goal might be the single worst VAR decision ever.

Ancelotti going defender crazy with his lineup tonight. Major injury problems in midfield and up front.

    It's all hell.

Slightly raging about Colchester being in the tinpot category (I watched them a bunch of times at and since I was at uni, and they did beat Spurs a few years back) but they are completely dreadful so that's understandable.

Why can't we get a competent ref?

PSG should have almost finished the tie off, now Bayern go up the other end and go one up.

This tie has been genuinely fantastic.

Di Maria's touch and pass to Neymar was another level, should have been a goal.
