No idea. Didn't All Time Low make one that's coming out next month? And I agree I loved the two Blink ones, NFG's was also really good too. Green Day's Bullet in a Bible was another good one.

I would love for a doc of them filming California along with a live concert.

Wasn't there a rumor that blink was filming/recording some of their live 10 year anniversary shows in 2013 and that they were going to release a new live CD and live DVD?

Imagine a release with a California recording session documentary, live concert, and the EP of b-sides.

They did record that, but if I remember correctly, Mark said plans to release it were canceled when Tom left the band last year.

  3. Yeah, but I think that ended up getting shelved because of Tom leaving

Ugh that's a shame. My question to them would be if the concert was recorded in the fall of 2013 why wasn't it realized in 2014 before Tom left? But I guess that's Blink in a nutshell post reunion pre Tom.Is.Out Part 2, a bunch of promises of things that always fell through. Hopefully they have those recordings put away somewhere and it will be released one in the future.

And yes to a California recording session documentary, live concert DVD and EP.

I hope it's a doc like what Daniel said.

Side note they seemed to have stopped swapping up the setlist

Yeah I noticed that too. My concert is next week so I was hoping to get maybe She's Out of Her Mind or a new song that hasn't been played at all yet. I'm not upset if they keep the same set because I'll get Cynical and San Diego. I've also never heard Not Now live in person either.

It's so good especially with Skiba

  8. my concert is in about a month, so i'm REALLY hoping for "She's Out Of Her Mind" to be on the set by then. if it's not, i will NOT have a 100% bangin' ass time! haha

I'm not one to complain about set lists but I really think it's strange they haven't played that song at least once or that it wasn't part of the set since the 1st day on tour especially if it was going to be the next single.

I know it hasn't been too long but I have a feeling they're going to mess up the promotion of whatever their next singles are

Seriously, is there no word on another official single at this point? I know She's Out of Her Mind is the assumed No. 2 single, but I can't believe we're four months from Bored to Death being released and nothing has followed it. I'm officially out of the loop with this thread, so apologies if this has been discussed ad nauseam at this point.

  15. you know as much as we do, at this point, i think.

I think blink or their label is treating the band like when they were huge in the early 2000s. The singles would be spread months apart and all be largely successful but I haven't seen much of that lately from other bands

I mean, I can understand if Bored to Death still has legs and the label doesn't want to interrupt some final momentum (looks like it's still No. 4 on the Alternative charts at least). But we're talking about four months here. It's not like they can't achieve a simultaneous charting of singles anyway. Plus, they have what...a little over a month left on their US tour? Wouldn't another single help draw some attention? Whatever. This is why I don't run record labels I guess.

I think everyone in this thread thought they were messing things up leading up to the album release and that worked out pretty well for them lol.

They need to release a new single asap I think. I feel people are getting tired of bored to death. I think another 2 singles need to drop before they release that EP that is apparently coming out this year. I feel like like 2 more singles will give the album a good run. She's out her mind needs to drop while it's still summer. Sober in the fall. Then EP come Christmas.

Just read that he was involved in dookie early on in his career. To be part of the two greatest pop punk albums of all time (the other being enema)...without him I can't imagine where we'd be not just as fans but the music scene as a whole.

SOOHM is going to be single #2, based on advertising from when the CD came out in July. It said "California" ft. singles, "Bored to Death and "SOOHM".

When that happens is the next question.

I'm just glad that my show got No Future(seems to be the last show its been played at so far.). I really wanted that one and being in the crowd for the gang vocals part was surreal

I'm seeing them tomorrow and I'm really disappointed No Future isn't on the set anymore but Kings of the Weekend still is but oh well I'll have a blast, it'll only be my second time seeing them (first time was in 2011)

There was a very short parody blink skit on Eric Andre Show tonight. I'll try and find a link
