This song is really good and I can see how it would have slotted onto an album like Fearless.

With every track she releases as a preview, I get more excited for the eventual Red re-release.

I still can’t believe “You All Over Me” didn’t make Fearless or any subsequent record.

 

“Mr. Perfectly Fine” is so fun. It’s been a while since we’ve heard sing-along bombastic pop Taylor - I didn’t realise how much I missed it.

 

I've been playing Mr. Perfectly Fine A LOT today. Feels so new and nostalgic at the same time.

I had never really listened to the jonas brothers much but their song about Taylor, Much Better, is so mean dang. For some reason it just seems so mean and callous to me to straight up essentially say "this girl is so much better than you." Like that direct comparison. I never realized that's what she references in Better Than Revenge. Bums me out she decided to focus her rage on camila in the song cause Joe deserved to be dragged solely for those lyrics.

Now I want all the angry Joe vault songs. And any angry songs dragging john mayer.

 

I want a documentary of her recording these vaults songs and saying why they were put in a vault over other songs. She already shat on Scott Borchetta so what the issue with being honest now.

After rewatching The Long Pond Sessions I’m wondering who she’s collaborated with in the past that has pulled their feature at the last second.
