He’s done things for Disney, To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before P.S. I Still Love You, and Dancing With The Stars. This seems out of his usual roles, so I’m interested to see how he does.

 

He's also done alot of Broadway stuff and was in the video game Until Dawn

@failinginplace I feel you there. If I remember correctly Bart Allen was the Grandson of Barry Allen in the flash comics.

 

Yeah that's true. Even looking at the show Young Justice you can get his backstory.

 

Yeah only now do I realize they are making him Barry & Iris's son on the show, so that comment was accurate for the show lore BUT IT'S STILL WRONG.

Also, I'm only three episodes in to the post-mirrorverse stuff (I'm on the 90's episode) and, man, it's still bad. The writing is pretty awful.

 

So What have you thought about it so far?

 

uh honestly i've barely watched this season. i'm STILL on the episode where they travel back into different decades- haven't made time to finish it, that was a few weeks ago. the acting is just so bad this season, and the story is entirely uninteresting. im giving it an honest effort to catch up because i want to see some of the events like bart allen showing up and their daughter returning.

currently Superman & Lois is the show that is destroying every other CW show. That show is just lightyears better than anything else in the aarowverse, and it's not even close.

 

This is so terrible

 

Gustin agreed to do season 9 for 15 episodes. He declined to expand beyond that. Maybe he sees it drawing to a close.

even the animation has gotten sloppy as hell. give the rest of their budget to Superman & Lois and be done with it.

I liked Chester when he first showed up, but his bad acting is only surpassed by how awful the allegra character is.

 

Show is ending with season 9.

 

i mean i haven't even finished last season. Need to see if I still enjoy it or want to finish it out of a sense of obligation.

 

I usually finish things out of obligation too but I stopped watching once Cisco was out.

 

I'm fully caught up unfortunately

 

Just started watching this on Netflix and it's so good. On season 5 now.
