  1. Every time I listen to this band, especially this album, I get so sad...

It's great that people just check back in on this thread to comment on how well this album continues to hold up. I feel the same way and still try to spread the word when people ask for music recommendations. If you went solely on play count, this was a Top 10 album of 2019, 2020 and already on its way for 2021!

Same! It was #5 for me in 2020, and I’ve only grown to love it more.

  9. Having a very Temple Of Plenty week. First time in years probably. Never stopped loving this record but I think it’s been long enough that I forgot just how much. Making me very nostalgic for 2014 — missing that time and era of this scene

That entire early 2010s Run For Cover/Topshelf/CYLS/Tiny Engines era was the best.

Are they done? I wouldn't be surprised if so, was just wondering.

I love Temple of Plenty but couldn’t get into the other albums after giving lots of spins. Such a great album

Touche, but I'm listening to this album specifically right now. Great fall vibes.

This album musically doesn’t give me a lot of fall vibes but I listened to it religiously while away on a fall externship a couple years ago and that’s what cemented it to me as a fall album.

The mid-tempo synthy thing is just a very fall-ish sound to me.

  18. For sure. Has a slight new wave flavor that I always associate with October especially

  19. TOP is the fall Somos album for me

It’s my fav of theirs by a long shot. There’s a big change in energy after TOP that I couldn’t really connect with as much.

I forgot all about this band until a memory came up on my FB.
