Found out yesterday his Dad is one of the backers for the new British new channel GB news which is pretty much based around the idea of Fox News.

So, it looks like Emarosa are working on new music. Bradley Walden seems to have deleted his Twitter, so not sure if he's still in the band or not.

 

"Yesterday, Emarosa returned to inform (see below) their fans that "new music [is] confirmed" and the band is reportedly writing their follow-up to 2019's Peach Club. Moreover, Walden appears to still be their vocalist"

 

He's definitely still in the band and his twitter is still active. He posted an apology awhile ago saying he worked it out with the victim. I don't personally see a reason to just take his word for it and he's tweeted several times complaining about how his lame apology isn't good enough for people. Fuck him imo

 

Yeah that’s gross, and I’m very disappointed in the band. I would’ve easily still listened to a new album from them if they kicked him out.

 

Assuming they also weren’t aware of the situation which I believe they claim.

 

For a band that has changed vocalists before and survived, it upsets me greatly that they don’t have the guts to do it again - and that’s giving them the benefit of the doubt that they weren’t aware of what Bradley was doing / had done! I think the band is cursed and should just stop so that he doesn’t have a platform and access to fans.

That being said he followed me on Twitter recently (god knows why) and has been posting shirtless pictures and “inspirational” quotes to which I’ve seen several female fans reply saying how much they love him or his body and it just makes me so sad and angry.

 

This. Kinda makes me think they had a personal problem with Jonny and kicking him out was never about doing the right thing, just that they didn't like him for other reasons.

 

I took a screenshot of this last month knowing he’d delete it. “Unfortunate misunderstanding” fucking hell

 

Late reply but so many people jumped on me for bringing this up in the thread for their new album. Fuck that guy.

 

Fat Mike has always grated me and therefore I never got into NOFX. Glad my hunches have been correct.

 

It honestly was quite annoying how that was an issue on here and elsewhere for like...a few weeks (or that’s what it seemed like) then people just went back to talking/posting about NOFX as if nothing had happened. Words have meanings and I personally don’t think he should still be welcomed into the punk community like he is.

 

Probably has a lot to do with the owner of the site still posting shit about them, and doing so without any disclaimers on him or other problematic artists

 

Yeah why do problematic artists seem to slip through the cracks over on the news side of the site? Seems strange considering the general attitudes of regular users on here.

I feel like holding people accountable is a good thing and reducing it to "cancel culture" is unhelpful. I haven't seen the TikToks but Eminem absolutely should be held accountable for his past actions and words.
