Hey All - looks like a lot of you really enjoyed this episode. I shared my usual reaction over on YouTube this morning - spoilers for those concerned.

I'll be honest in that this was probably my least favorite episode so far - felt a little padded out compared to the others but I did enjoy the (predicable) reveal at the end. Definitely excited to see where this goes from here.

Side note: Did not catch that mid-credits scene during my initial watch. I was curious as to where "that" character was all episode.

 

Damn, so why was Teyonah Parris so excited for us to learn who it was?!

Another fun one but damn whoever said hour long episodes for the rest of the season cause that episode felt shorter than any.

I don’t know who Agatha Harkness is so I need to do some reading. Did many expect her to be the one behind all this?

Also just a small nitpick but can’t Vision travel extremely fast and through anything? Quite strange he bounced and then didn’t show up again in the episode.

I thought this episode felt so short after seeing it was a 40ish minute episode, then I remembered the fucking credits are 8 minutes long

The blending sitcom tropes with weird trippy shit is what made me fall in love with the show, I hope it's not gona just go full superhero shit from here on out.

 

Yeah this was one just okay for me - prob my least favorite thus far. What happened to the hours?

 

The full hour episodes were a rumor. Feige never said that, he said something like "the show will be about 6 hours", so some overly obsessed redditors decided to do some math and came to an assumption of their own

 

maybe the last two episodes will be over an hour

30 minutes of content followed by another 30 minutes of Please Stand By

 

Wait, so who was the scientist? I don't remember anyone new at all.

 

I guess some cast are saying we still haven't seen the scientist? That it was just a SWORD grunt dropping off the battering ram, and that the friend of Monica's still hasn't been revealed, but who knows?


Unrelated, after last week and her interaction with Vision, I was completely convinced Agnes was a red herring, buuuuuuuuuuuuuut yeah lol

 

Olsen is killing it here.

 

So the last two episodes have to be straight-up standard MCU format from here, right?

 

Def and I’m far more likely tgaf about her character in general now, going forward with the next phase of MCU films

 

This is really random but did you have a Green Ranger avatar on AP? For some reason every time I see your posts that’s what I think of haha. I think someone had the White Ranger too.

 

Monica getting powers might be a surprise to anyone who doesn’t know the comics, but I’ve been waiting for her to get them since Captain Marvel.
