    i just lost 6 lbs in the past week by working out 20 mins more per day and eating less. I wasn't intending to lose weight, but it just happened without me knowing :X

    Working out has been such a great release for me. Some times I'll be at the gym, finish up, and go running for two hours. Feels good, mans.
