Kinda bummed, but I really liked Tea & Water when it first came out and this a good reminder to revisit it.

Same as most at being bummed it isnt FW but Staring at the Cat is pretty fun

His insta post did say he wants to create music for all of the things he’s a part of this year, so... Fireworks sometime in the next 11 months!

 

fireworks has an album done or almost done, empty houses probably does too.

I really like these, Tea & Water is an ep I still listen to regularly so I’m fine with this haha.

 

I suspect any new Fireworks album won’t drop until touring is a thing again, so we might be waiting a while

...Did you guys read the thread? It ain't good. Harry Corrigan is a r*pist and JJR is, at best, someone who values their relationship with a r*pist over victims and anyone that tries to keep the general show-going public safe. Listen to Fireworks if you want, but it is beyond valid to be weary of bands that didn't drop those dudes, The Wonder Years and Turnover included. Bad looks in here.

The group of people on here who like to ignore anything bad about any band and just “care about the music man” is a fucking dork.

go to Reddit or some shit.

 

I think people should be able to talk about the music in a thread dedicated to a band/album, especially if there is any level of grayness to the situation, and people who want to talk about/bring up issues they have with the choices of the bands/members they should be able to do that too. If the thread shouldn't exist at all, then it needs to be shut down. If it doesn't get shut down, people are going to talk about the band.

 

Yeah posts like this are really cool and normal and should definitely be allowed.
