It’s a bit more than just that. Geraldine mentions that he was killed by Ultron which causes Wanda to become pretty angry and she shoots Geraldine out of her reality. Definitely a sign of her breakdown to come and that Quicksilver will be part of it.

 

So based on the end of the episode, it looks like Wanda is definitely not solely responsible for the creation of Westview. Also Westview isn't a "pocket universe". Those tower things around the perimeter of the town seem to be responsible for generating the illusion within. Westview appears to be a real place that was abandoned for some reason.

 

So I know that there are rumors that Evan Peters could be playing multiverse Pietro/Quicksilver, but what are the chances they're actually playing teen/adult Speed in later episodes based on the quick progression of time?

I don't necessarily think this, and tend to believe the original rumors, but the thought just crossed my mind.

 

Also with Billy and Tommy being in the show, and with the knowledge that this is all tying into/leading into a movie called "The Multiverse of Madness", pretty sure we can accurately predict what's going to happen at the end of this show lol

 

The Spanish dub voice actor of Evan Peters confirmed that he is playing Pietro.

 

There’s a bit more but I don’t want to spoil everything for you. That’s what kicks off the series of events though.

 

You should know by now that I don’t personally care about spoilers, lol.

This is very similar to House of M so far. My theory is she will create the multiverse. It doesn’t exist in the MCU as of yet..

I'm thinking Agnes/ Agatha has something to do with things too, though. The camera zoomed in on her broach when she was talking with Vision and the neighbor

 

True, they could be trying to like contain the illusion. What if it’s spreading like the Shimmer in Annihilation?

And yeah Agnes is for sure involved.

Her necklace was the SWORD emblem right?

 

Has SWORD been mentioned in any of the MCU before this?
