Listening to The Spill Canvas for the first time in 2021 seems like a bad idea. That music is reserved for MySpace era emo years.

 

I'm all for sappy lyrics but the guy's voice sounds like he is doing an exaggerated impression of one of those bands

 

Young Jason's first post on the spill canvas was inspiring as all fuck if i remember right

 

I'd agree if it wasn't for his response to all of this. He maybe didn't plan for this violence but he certainly doesn't seem fazed by it.
